With 1–2 years of Pilates teaching experience, Micky is all about living and breathing movement. From Pilates and spin to cardio and strength training, she’s passionate about all things wellness and believes fitness should be both empowering and fun. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, and designed to help you move with intention—always leaving you feeling stronger, inside and out 💪✨
