Reformer Group Classes

Jump into our 50-minute Pilates reformer sessions, designed to wake up every muscle and lift your spirits. Get all the good stuff from classic Pilates, like a stronger core and better spine flexibility, and throw in some intense resistance training to tone and tighten. Every class aims to boost your game – think better balance, posture, bone health, and quicker injury recovery.

Beginner

Everyone's welcome in our Beginner class. It's all about getting the techniques right and mastering the foundations, with an emphasis on form and control. But heads up – while it's beginner-friendly, it's far from easy. Perfecting your form means feeling the burn, especially if you’re just stepping into the world of reformer Pilates.

Intermediate

Raise the stakes with our intermediate classes. Your heart will be racing as you mix resistance workouts with more challenging Pilates moves. And don't worry about getting lost in the crowd – our dedicated teachers and smaller class sizes mean you’ll always have guidance to maintain that form and control.

Advanced

For those who love a challenge, come join us in our most intense class - advanced. It's not for the faint-hearted but will get you hooked on pushing your limits. This class dives deep into advanced reformer Pilates techniques. But before you jump in, make sure you've done an intermediate class.

Stretch & Release

Take some time for yourself with a stretch & release class on your rest days, or if you just want to focus on realigning and stretching out your body. Expect to hold postures using parts of the reformer to open your hips, pelvis and spine. This class is sure to release tension and calm your nervous system!

Chair Group Classes

Jump into our 50-minute Chair Pilates sessions, where strength, balance, and control take center stage. Whether you're building your foundation or pushing into more dynamic movements, the Pilates Chair delivers a full-body workout that's low-impact but deeply effective. Expect to sculpt your core, improve posture and stability, and fire up muscles you didn’t even know you had — all in a compact, upright setting.

Essentials

Build a strong foundation with this essentials-level class designed to introduce you to the Pilates Chair. Learn the key principles, alignment, and movement patterns unique to this powerful apparatus. This class focuses on control, precision, and proper technique—perfect for beginners or anyone looking to revisit the basics. Expect a low-impact yet deeply effective full-body workout. Not suitable for pregnant women.

Multi-Level

Challenge your strength, balance, and coordination with our dynamic Multi-Level Chair class. This class incorporates foundational to intermediate movements using the Pilates Chair, offering variations to suit all fitness levels. Expect a full-body burn as you explore a fun and functional workout that builds on Reformer-based techniques in a more upright and compact setting. Not suitable for pregnant women.

Private / Duo Classes

Start with a friendly chat about your posture, daily habits, and what you're aiming for. We'll whip up a program that evolves with you (and your buddy!) as you journey with The Flow Playground. And there's always time for a catch-up with your instructor to see how you're doing.

Our private space consists of 2 reformer beds, one chair, one barrel and one trapeze table/cadillac.
