With a background in dance, sports, and medicine, Lydia brings both grace and science to the class. Having taught Pilates for 1–2 years, she blends fluid movement with anatomical precision to create sessions that are fun, safe, and effective. Her classes focus on strength, control, and injury prevention—grounded in deep body awareness and a love for movement that started young 💃🧠
