With less than a year of Pilates teaching experience, Giselle draws from a long-standing passion for movement, starting with yoga at 17 and evolving into strength training and Pilates. Her background brings together mindfulness, control, and purposeful movement. Now balancing a 9-to-5 job, sheβs all about helping others find strength and flow in their own bodies.
