A current spin instructor and full-time corporate girlie, Chloe found Pilates while recovering from a knee injury—and it quickly became her go-to. With under a year of teaching experience, she focuses on movement that builds strength without strain, especially for those easing back into exercise. Her classes are all about smart progressions, satisfying burns, and a little fun along the way 🚴‍♀️✨
